As the managing partner of Rubin & Dombeck, LLC, Seth oversees all aspects of the law firm with a special emphasis on the commercial real estate, banking and corporate practices. His extensive knowledge and experience in the aforementioned areas of legal practice allows Seth time to maintain extensive contact with clients, lawyers, lenders, and all relevant parties to the transactions he oversees. Seth has handled matters for a wide range of clients and has been involved in transactions that have ranged in size from below $100,000.00 to over $70,000,000.00.
Seth received his Juris Doctor from Seton Hall University School of Law and a Masters in Business Administration, Finance, from Seton Hall University Stillman School of Business. Seth is admitted to practice law in the States of New Jersey and New York, as well as in the District of Columbia. Seth has been involved in transactions across the United States teaming with local counsel on behalf of his clients.
Seth has served on the Planning Board of the Township of Hillside and is currently on the Advisory Board of Citizens Bank, one of the nation’s oldest and largest financial institutions with approximately 1,100 branches in 14 states.
